The artist may reject the order for any reason, and it will not be mandatory to indicate this reason to the client.

If the client wants something specific (Expression, background, pose, etc.) it must be specified in the commission request.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or NFT use.

I will send a sketch for your approval before coloring, you may request any adjustments to the sketch only.

The client will have the right to establish a deadline for his commission, this deadline must be communicated before payment.

The artist has the right to reject a project if the allotted time is too short.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication, the artist will not be responsible for late delivery if no response is provided.

The deadline will be at least one week depending on the difficulty of the drawing.

The client reserves the right to be notified of any delay.

The payment method will be by PayPal or kofi.

The client must pay 100% of the price to start the commission.

I do not begin working until I receive payment.

The base price includes a character and background with a flat or transparent color.

The refund will be given if the client sees the first sketch and requests a refund, if the process is very advanced the client will NOT be able to refund.

If the artist makes a mistake in the drawing, changes will be free.

If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.

The artist retains the rights to each image produced.

The artist has permission to publish the drawing on their social networks and portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

The client can post the artwork online, only if they credit the artist.

Any commissions made by the artist are for personal use only.
